Heavy Metal Toxicity Symptoms and Treatment (September 2020) – Dr. Sebi's Cell Food

How Metallic is Your Mood?

Heavy metal toxicity cripples bio-electrical energy production, disables the immune system, and deregulates hormones. Fortunately, plants can 'pull' metals from the body, rapidly and dramatically improving symptoms.

What are Heavy Metals?

Heavy (dense) metals occur naturally in the Earth, as metallic-ores. The lucrative ores are mined and purified into metals for industrial use. Pollution from mining operations is a significant source of toxic metals in the ecosystem.

Some heavy metals, like iron and zinc, are nutritionally essential. But, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, chromium, and lead are heavy metals toxic in low concentrations. The body can excrete metals, but current toxicity levels exceed the liver's ability to process these metals.

Hidden Toxicity

Toxins that can't be expelled from the body are 'hidden' to prevent damage. Toxic heavy metals are put into fat cells; the biological equivalent of sweeping dirt under the rug. The body also allows candida yeast to proliferate in the intestine to absorb toxic mercury.

Creating a fat-based toxin-dump makes weight-loss difficult, and unpleasant, as inflammatory toxins accompany the fat release. Removing toxic heavy metals is often accompanied by weight-loss, as stubborn fat is hiding toxins. After being released from fat, and other tissues, toxins travel via the blood to the liver. Metal detoxification, called chelation, must be done slowly to ensure toxins are removed before they do damage.

Accumulation of toxic heavy metals causes severe systemic effects:

  • Endocrine (thyroid, adrenal glands, pancreas): function reduced, impairs energy management.
  • Immune: suppressed (auto-immunity, chronic inflammation, and contrasting inactivation).
  • Brain: inflammation and neuron damage, reduced mental clarity, and increased anxiety.
  • Mitochondria: cellular power-houses poisoned, preventing bio-electricity production.

Signs and Symptoms

Chronic heavy metal poisoning is fatal, while slow accumulating-toxicity is overlooked:

  • Bloating: digestive issues or abdominal pain.
  • Cataracts: metals accumulate in the eye.
  • Cognition: impaired ability to think clearly.
  • Distracted: unable to concentrate.
  • Fatigue: chronic lack of energy.
  • Infertile: toxicity reduces fertility.
  • Insomnia: inability to rest or calm nerves.
  • Moody: irritable or a rollercoaster of emotions.
  • Pain: in the joints or headaches.
  • Periods: PMS, painful or irregular menstruation.
  • Spots: breakouts from toxins exiting through the skin.

Sources of Heavy Metals

Limiting exposure reduces accumulation:

  • Cigarettes/eCigarettes (smoke and vapor are loaded with metals).
  • Cosmetics (lipstick, whitening toothpaste, silicone implants, tattoo ink).
  • Environment (geo-engineering, factory pollution, aviation pollution).
  • Food (mercury from the sea, Teflon coated pans, contaminated soils).
  • Land (soil pollution near industrialized areas, roads, and factories).
  • Non-organic food (grown with chemicals containing heavy metals).
  • Unfiltered water (old pipes contain lead, consider a shower filter).

Removing Metals from the Body

Support the body to process and remove heavy metals itself:

  • Reduce: minimize exposure in the environment and food.
  • Support: cleanse with electrifying alkaline foods.
  • Hydrate: drink spring water to keep blood and waste moving.
  • Chelate: with herbs that escort heavy metals out of the body.
  • Exercise: sweat, burn fat, move lymph, stimulate bowels.
  • Nourish: nutritional heavy metals (iron and zinc) need replacing.

If you lack nutritional heavy metals, the body is forced to 'make do' with toxic ones. Dr. Sebi taught, "You're made of elements. Take the time to learn the foods with high element properties in order to save your health and your body."

Chelating Plants and Herbs

Plants produce phytochelatins, substances that bind metals - this is how they absorb metals they need from the soil. All types of algae, some mushrooms, and many green plants produce significant quantities of phytochelatins.

  • Sea vegetables & algae: Irish Sea Moss is a powerful metal chelating macro-algae from the sea.
  • Green Leaves: like watercress contain the pigment chlorophyll, an abundant phytochelatin.
  • Apples: encourage the flow of bile, supporting the liver's ability to remove the toxins.
  • Limes: contain naturally chelating citric biochemicals and antioxidant flavonoids.
  • Mushrooms: Chaga mushrooms are chelating, and they protect against radiation.
  • Berries (except cranberry): provide protective antioxidants and flavonoids.

Dr. Sebi's Support Package provides a powerful chelating mechanism that clears heavy metals and accumulated toxicity. Chelating herbs remove toxic heavy metals, but they also strip out nutritional metals. Dr. Sebi's chelating products are only available accompanied with high-strength nutritional support - this ensures toxic-metals are immediately replaced with their nutritional equivalent.

The sad reality is that we are being exposed to an increasing level of toxicity. But, you can support your body by reducing heavy metal exposure and help the liver, and fat, to get toxins out, using the power of plants.
