This creamy avocado dip requires just a few ingredients and is very tasty when served with veggie crudités or on top of approved-grain bread.
- 2 ripe avocados peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (like this homemade soft-jelly coconut milk)
- Process all the ingredients together in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Season to taste.
