Most bottled dressings can promote headaches due to high sodium content. This salad features only whole, natural ingredients. Prevent your headaches with this nutritious, refreshing salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 seeded cucumber
  • 2 cups watercress
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp key lime juice
  • Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste.

Instructions:

  1. Mix the olive oil and key lime together until thoroughly combined.
  2. Arrange watercress and cucumber.
  3. Add the dressing and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
