The Watermelon Refresher: a delicious drink full of natural electrolytes and antioxidants!
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 cups soft-jelly coconut water
- Date sugar, to taste
- Zest and juice of 1 key lime
- Place the watermelon and key lime juice and zest on a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Sweeten the mixture to taste with the date sugar. Keep in mind that the flavor will be watered down once you add the soft-jelly coconut water.
- On a tall glass, serve 2/3 watermelon mixture and 1/3 soft-jelly coconut water. Mix with a spoon, and enjoy your Watermelon Refresher!
