- 1 cup hemp seeds (raw shelled)
- 2 cups lettuce (any, except Iceberg)
- 2 cucumbers (seeded), diced
- 1 key lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons of avocado oil
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- sea salt to taste
- Combine hemp seeds, lettuce, cucumbers, and onions in a bowl, toss together with lime juice, avocado oil, and sea salt to taste. Enjoy!
