Hormone-Balancing Smoothie - Dr. Sebi's Cell Food

This deliciously creamy smoothie will satisfy your sugar cravings and help balance your hormones!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 burro banana
  • 2 big handfuls of approved greens
  • 2 tbsp ground hemp seeds
  • 1 cup homemade soft-jelly coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 Seville orange, juiced
  • Date sugar or agave syrup, to taste
  • Spring water to thin, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
  2. Add spring water to thin until you reach the desired consistency.
