Iron Power Smoothie

Boost the iron levels in your blood with this delicious apple smoothie. The "Iron Power" Smoothie will help you fight iron deficiency.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large red apple
  • 1 tbsp. currants or raisins
  • 1 fig
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup homemade hemp seed milk
  • 2 handfuls amaranth greens
  • 1 tbsp. date sugar
  • 1 tsp. Bromide Plus Powder
