Red-Orange Smoothie - Dr. Sebi's Cell Food

Orange and red fruits and vegetables are high in carotenoids, which have been shown to reduce inflammation and lower the risk of getting arthritis.

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 ounces of spring water
  • 1 burro banana, peeled and sliced
  • 4 large, whole strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 Seville orange
  • 2 Tbsp Sea Moss Gel (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender and enjoy!
