1. Shipping

Shipping Information In-Stock Items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the address is verified. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary depending on the location of your shipping address and the shipping carriers handling. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email and it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Typically, it takes 3 business days for an order to be shipped.

2. Return

15 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Every Dr. Sebi’s product comes with a 15 day money-back guarantee. It is our commitment that you will be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days from the date your product was shipped for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, wrapping or other charges. The item must be returned unused, in good condition, in original box and packaging (whenever possible) and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. This policy does not apply to Dr. Sebi’s Membership and Gift Cards.

For a full refund on used products that you were not fully satisfied, the returned product must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be in good condition

• The product must have original box and packaging

• 75% of the product must remain unused.

To return a product please follow these simple steps:

• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.

• Enclose a copy of the product order with the item.

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

• All return packages must be shipped to:

• Keep the return tracking from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the proper address.

• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase or a check within 30 days of us receiving your returned product if the product meets the criteria mentioned above.

• Checks will be mailed to the address provided when you purchased the product.

**Please note that a restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns of opened products.

**We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged or unclaimed packages. As soon as a package ships, we provide tracking information for your convenience. It is your responsibility to be aware of delivery dates and arrange delivery, redelivery or pick-up with your local post office if it becomes necessary.

**Please be advised that for health related reasons we do not reship tonics that were returned to us. Our tonics are very sensitive and to ensure they’re of the best quality we recommend that these are consumed as soon as possible after leaving our warehouse or refrigerated.

3. Privacy Statement

Dr. Sebi’s Office respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers. That is why we handle any personal information, such as your name, address, email address or phone number (“Personal Information”) that you provide to us with utmost care. To earn your trust, we respect your privacy in handling Personal Information relating to you and your transactions with us. This Privacy Statement describes the Personal Information we gather about you, what we do with it, the safeguards we have in place to protect it, and how you can control our use of it. By using the Sites, the user agrees, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Privacy Statement. When you provide Personal Information at our Store, our Call Centers, and our Web Sites, you are consenting to the manner in which Dr. Sebi’s Office will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your Personal Information, as set out below.

Who May Use the Sites

The Sites are not intended or designed to attract users under the age of 18. We do not collect Personal Information from any person we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under 18, we ask that you not send us any Personal Information.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

We may collect Personal Information that you provide us when you:

• Create an account at our Sites;

• Purchase, order, return, exchange or request certain information about our products and services;

• Contact a Call Center or customer service representative;

• Visit or register with our Sites;

• Enter into a contest or sweepstakes or respond to one of our surveys; or

• Provide us with comments or suggestions. We may also collect Personal Information about you from our Service Providers who provide us with ecommerce related services related to the Sites.

Shopping at Dr. Sebi’s Office

When you purchase products and services at our Stores, you can do so anonymously when you pay with cash. If you use a credit or debit card for any of your purchases, we will collect your credit or debit card information and keep a history of your purchases. We use this information to process your orders and to better assist you when you visit or call us. We may also ask for your zip code as well, to help us improve our product and service offerings to your area.

Third-Party Payment Processing

When you make purchases on our Sites, we process your payments through a third party application, including Helcim and/or Elavon. The third party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on our behalf, including your name, email address, address and other billing information.

When you return previously purchased merchandise or request a refund or exchange, you may be asked to give your name, address, phone number and show information that identifies you, such as your driver’s license. We collect this information to help prevent fraud.

Call Centers

When you call our Call Centers about a product, delivery, billing question or for customer service, you may be asked for Personal Information that identifies you along with additional information we need to help us promptly answer your question, such as your name and address and a phone number where we might contact you. We may retain this information to assist you in the future.

Site Registration

Registration is an optional service provided by our Sites. You do not have to register to browse on our Sites. You may checkout as a guest if you wish to do so. When you register, you are asked for information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, a password that you select, and your interests, if you choose to register them. Your registration information may be used to help make your online shopping quicker and easier, by pre-filling certain parts of your shopping information. When you register you will have the opportunity to sign up for future marketing information from Dr. Sebi’s Cell Food.

Direct Mail or Email

Individuals who provide us with Personal Information, or whose Personal Information we obtain from third parties, may receive emails, newsletters, mailings, or phone calls from us with information on our products and services or upcoming special offers/events we believe may be of interest. You have the option to opt out from this communications.

Contests, Questions or Surveys

When you ask a question, participate in a survey or enter a contest or sweepstakes at a Store, a Dr. Sebi’s Office sponsored event or through our Sites, we may collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We use this information to administer your participation in a contest or sweepstakes. At the time you are entering a contest or sweepstakes, we may ask your permission to send you future marketing information from Dr. Sebi’s Office.

Information Collected Using Cookies and other Web Technologies

We may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Technologies”) to collect information through our Sites. These Technologies are small data files placed on computers, tablets, mobile devise or other electronic equipment (“devices”) that allow us to record certain data or information whenever you visit or interact with our sites, services, applications, messaging, and tools, and to recognize you across devices. We use automated data collection tools such as Cookies and Web Beacons to collect certain information.

Cookies

We may use cookies to identify that you’ve logged in to our Sites and tell us how and when you interact with our Sites. We may also use cookies to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic on our Sites and to customize and improve our Sites. Although most browsers automatically accept cookies, you can change your browser options to stop accepting cookies automatically or to prompt you before accepting cookies. Please note, however, that if you do not accept cookies, your browsing experience on our Sites may substantially decremented.

Widgets

Social Media Widgets may be on our Sites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are vsiting on our Sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. These social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to collect information regarding visitor behavior and visitor demographics on some of our Services, and to develop website content. Other Uses of Personal Information

Dr. Sebi’s Office also uses Personal Information, including information provided to us from our Service Providers, to continually assess and improve the products and services we offer. To serve you better, we may combine the Personal Information that you give us with publicly available information and information we receive from or cross-reference with our marketing partners and others. We use that combined information to enhance and personalize your shopping experience with us, to communicate with you about our products and events that may be of interest to you, and for other promotional purposes.

Promotional Information and Marketing Materials

We would like to inform you of products and services, sales and special offers that might benefit you. When you register online or participate in a survey, you will have the opportunity to sign up for e-mails about our products, services, sales and special offers.

We may also send you mail, email or call you with information about our product and service offerings if you have provided us with your name and address, email address or phone numbers at our Stores, Call Centers or Sites. If you would like to stop receiving such promotional information from Dr. Sebi’s Office, please see the “Privacy Preferences/Opt-Out” section of this Privacy Statement.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We will not disclose your Personal Information to anyone except for our affiliated businesses or services providers. We may engage third party service providers to work with us to administer and provide services regarding our Sites. These third-party services providers have access to your Personal Information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf. The services providers to whom we entrust Personal Information are: IT providers and related services, payment processing, marketing agencies, and email marketing providers. Access to Personal Information by Companies that Work with or on Behalf of Dr. Sebi’s Office

Some of our operations, such as our electronic commerce, may be managed by Service Providers who are unaffiliated companies, including but not limited to, Mailchimp. These companies may share Personal Information with their affiliates and with service providers whom they engage to perform services related to our Sites or the operation of our business. Examples of these services include payment processing and authorization, fraud protection and credit risk reduction, product customization, order fulfillment and shipping, marketing and promotional material distribution, Web site evaluation, data analysis and, where applicable, data cleansing. These companies may have access to your Personal Information on a confidential basis only to the extent necessary to perform their functions. In no event will we authorize these companies to use your Personal Information for any reason other than to provide you with those specific services. If your purchases are being shipped to you, your shipping information will be shared with our delivery service providers (U.S. Postal Service, DHL, or other delivery companies we or you select). Our delivery service providers are asked not to use your Personal Information for any purpose other than making the delivery.

Sale of Business

In the event that Dr. Sebi’s Office or some of our assets are sold or transferred or used as security, your Personal Information may be transferred to third parties as part of that transaction.

Disclosures of Personal Information in Legal Proceedings

If Dr. Sebi’s Office or any of our Service Providers is requested by law enforcement officials or judicial authorities to provide Personal Information on individual users, Dr. Sebi’s Office or the applicable Service Provider may, without your consent, provide such information. In matters involving claims of personal or public safety, Dr. Sebi’s Office or the applicable Service Provider may provide your Personal Information to appropriate authorities without your consent or court process. Dr. Sebi’s Office or our Service Providers also will provide your Personal Information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or in litigation involving Dr. Sebi’s Office, the applicable Service Provider, or otherwise as required by law. We may also disclose Personal Information to assist in debt collection where you owe a debt to us.

You may request access to the Personal Information that we have about you. If you are a registered user with our Sites, you can access your profile information at any time by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top of any page on the Sites on which you registered. You may update what product you prefer, which may determine what offers and promotional materials you may receive. Information Sharing Disclosure Requests If you are a California resident, you have the right to request one Notice of Information-Sharing Disclosure per year which will identify the third parties with whom Dr. Sebi’s Cell Food or any of our affiliates has shared the Personal Information we have collected from you. Visiting Our Sites

In general, you can visit our Sites without telling us who you are or providing us with any information. However, we collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all visitors to our Sites and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system and average time spent on our Sites. We use this information to monitor and improve our Sites.

Cookies

Our Sites use a technology called “cookies”. A cookie is a tiny element of data that our Sites can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive so we can recognize you when you return. All pages on our Sites where you are prompted to log in or that are customizable require that you accept cookies. We also are committed to employing reasonable technology in order to protect the security of our Sites. However, even with the best technology, no website is 100% secure. We will take reasonable measures which we believe are appropriate to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction, and, where possible, will ask that any third parties to whom we may transfer such information to take comparable steps to protect that security.

Passwords

To provide you with an increased level of security, online access to your Personal Information is protected with a password you select. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. Dr. Sebi’s Office will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication (including unsolicited correspondence such as letters, phone calls or e-mail messages).

Our Privacy Statement and Outside Links

This Privacy Statement only applies to the various Sites. Our Sites may include links to the websites of our business partners, vendors and advertisers. These other sites are outside of our control. Please be aware that these websites may collect information about you, and operate according to their own privacy practices which may differ from those contained in our Privacy Statement. Remember to consult that website’s own privacy policy, as once you are outside any of the Sites, any information you submit is no longer in our control.

Privacy Statement Modifications

From time to time we may modify or amend this Privacy Statement in order to comply with new laws or regulations or to reflect future changes in our business practices. Any changes in our policies will be communicated in this page so please check back on occasion. We also may post a notice on our Sites or send an email describing the changes.

International Shipping Policy

 

Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please understand that this is standard practice among e-commerce stores and other retailers.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are. Additionally, contact your custom’s office to learn about specific restrictions, licensing, or special provisions on the import of your goods.

We create the shipping label and fill out the commercial invoice and other customs forms appropriately to expedite customs clearance. In these documents, we include a full description of the goods (i.e., what it is, what it’s used for, the ingredients and the country of origin) and the value of the goods. If, however, you are asked this information please make sure to include all details possible to reduce the risk of customs delays or holds impacting delivery.

We understand that some countries heavily restrict the shipment of dietary supplements and some others place restrictions and require additional permits from the importer. Each country has a different custom agency with specific laws and requirements that unfortunately are out of our control. We would love to be able to ship Dr. Sebi’s products and spread his knowledge without restriction to each and every corner of the world, however, international laws do not evolve as fast as commerce does and this significantly impacts our reach.
