The Pancreas-Support Smoothie is full of minerals and anti-inflammatory ingredients, to provide you with pancreatic support from the first sip!
- 2 cups Dr. Sebi’s Stomach Relief Herbal Tea
- 1 tablespoon tamarind pulp
- 1 seeded cucumber
- 1 fistful of watercress or wild arugula
- Juice of one key lime
- To prepare your Pancreas-Support Smoothie, begin by boiling two cups distilled water and add 1 ½ tablespoons of Dr. Sebi’s Stomach Relief Herbal Tea.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool.
- Blend the tea with the rest of the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
