Headache Preventing Salad


  • 1/2 seeded cucumber
  • 2 cups watercress
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp key lime juice
  • Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste.


  1. Mix the olive oil and key lime together until thoroughly combined.
  2. Arrange watercress and cucumber.
  3. Add the dressing and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
