- How does the Same-Day Delivery service work?
We have partnered with Shipsi to bring this service directly to you. Simply click on the "Shipsi Same-Day Delivery" option and check out as usual. Your products will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 hours, and best of all, you will be notified every step of the way.
- What days do you offer Same-Day Delivery service?
Same-Day Delivery is available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM PST, not including major holidays.
- Can I get Same-Day Delivery to any location?
This service is available anywhere within 10 miles of our office, located at 2807 La Cienega Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90034.
- What is Curbside Pickup?
Curbside Pickup is a service that lets you shop online and pick up your order from our store, all without leaving your car. Just make sure you bring a valid ID!
- How much does Curbside Pickup cost?
It's FREE! You can choose the option for Curbside Pickup at check-out when you place your order.
- Is there a minimum order for Curbside Pickup?
No minimum. Just add to cart, check out, wait for your pickup notice and stop by.
- Can someone else pick up my Curbside Pickup order for me?
We'll confirm your identity when picking up your order. Please ensure your ID matches the order information. If someone else is picking up your order, please add their name to the “Order Notes” section when completing your purchase.
- Is Curbside Pickup available every day?
This service is available Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST, not including major holidays. The last call for pick-up orders is 4:00 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours can be picked up on the next business day.
- Where is this service available?
Curbside pickup is exclusively available in the Los Angeles area.
- What happens if you run out of the product I want?
If there’s an unforeseeable issue with your order, we will alert you immediately via phone or email.
- How long will you keep my order?
We will hold your order for 7 days, after which your order will be refunded.
- What if I can't pick up my order in 7 days?
Please get in touch with us if you will collect your order more than 7 days from placing it, and we will keep it aside for you.
