Red Mango Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Dr. Sebi's Bio Ferro Tonic
- 1/2 cup frozen bell peppers
- 1/2 mangoes
- Juice from 1 small key lime
- 1oz agave syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Serve frozen in a cup or glass and garnish with a key lime wheel.
Spiced Apple Tea
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz of Dr. Sebi's Iron Plus
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 2 oz of fresh apple juice
- 1 oz of agave syrup
- 1 cup of chilled chamomile tea
- Spring Ice (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle fresh ginger and add apple juice, agave syrup, and Iron Plus. Shake vigorously with ice until everything is mixed well. Strain and pour over ice in a tall glass. Top with chilled chamomile tea, garnish with apple slices & enjoy.
Orange Peach Bellini
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Dr. Sebi's Banju
- Juice from one peach
- 4 peach slices
- 4 basil leaves
- 1/2 an oz of date syrup/ date sugar/ 2 small dates
- Juice from one Seville orange
- Spring Ice (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle peach slices and fresh basil. Add orange juice, peach juice, date syrup, and Banju. Shake vigorously with ice and double strain, serve up in a stemmed glass. Garnish with basil leaf and enjoy.
