10 Signs Parasites Are Living Inside You

Aliens are living inside your body, and they’re influencing how you think, feel, and act.

It might sound like science fiction but the fact is there are parasites inside you right now, and they’re stealing your valuable energy.

What are the signs of parasites? What effect are they having on us? Read on to find out…

What Are Parasites?

Parasites are organisms that live on or inside other organisms (called hosts) and rely on them for survival. Parasites can cause harm to their hosts, either by feeding on them or by causing diseases.

Some parasites are large and visible to the naked eye, while others are so small that they can only be seen under a microscope. Some parasites are harmless and others can cause serious illness - or even death. The average adult male can have up to 2 lbs of parasites living inside him!

Many people believe that parasitic diseases only happen in developing or impoverished nations, or that they can only be contracted while traveling abroad. However, it is important to note that parasitic infections can also occur within the United States and can affect a significant number of people. In some cases, these infections may not cause noticeable symptoms and may go undiagnosed.

Signs of Parasites

The following symptoms could be a sign that you have parasites:

  • Anemia - Some parasites consume red blood cells which can make us anemic.
  • Blood in your Stool - Caused by parasites irritating the intestines.
  • Cravings - Parasites love the things that are bad for us, like sugar, alcohol and wheat.
  • Fatigue - Parasites can eat your food and steal your energy.
  • Gastrointestinal Issues - Some parasites release toxins into the blood, resulting in symptoms you’d find in gastrointestinal conditions, such as bloating, constipation, diarrhea.
  • Hunger - Parasitic worms living in the digestive system can literally steal your food, leaving you feeling hungry even when you’re consuming sufficient calories.
  • Itching Anus - Caused by parasites laying eggs around the anus.
  • Mood Swings - Parasites can release chemicals into your bloodstream that cause irritability and moodiness.
  • Rashes - Parasites excrete feces that can result in an allergic reaction on the skin.
  • Visible Parasites - Other parasites are visible to the naked eye, such as threadworms, thin white worms found in human poop.

To find out conclusively if you have parasites get a parasite test done. The test can be done by your trusted physician or naturopath. You can also get home parasite tests that use a sample of your stool to detect whether or not you have many parasites living within.

The Different Types of Parasite

Common examples of the different types of parasites that can infect the human body include:

  • Protozoa: These are single-celled organisms that can cause a variety of diseases, such as malaria, amoebiasis, and giardiasis.
  • Helminths: These are worms that can infect the human body, including roundworms, tapeworms, and flukes.
  • Arthropods: These are insects and other invertebrates that can infect the human body, including lice, fleas, and mites.
  • Fungi: These are fungal organisms that can cause infections in the human body, such as ringworm and athlete's foot.
  • Bacteria: These are single-celled organisms that can cause a variety of infections, including pneumonia and tuberculosis.

What Effect do Parasites Have on Health?

The symptoms caused by parasites can vary depending on the type of parasite, as well as the location and severity of the infection. Some common symptoms of parasitic infection include:

  • Abdominal pain and cramping
  • Diarrhea or constipation
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Gas and bloating
  • Weight loss
  • Fatigue
  • Fever and chills
  • Allergies and rashes
  • Anemia (a reduced number of red blood cells)

What Are The Most Dangerous Parasites?

Some parasites may cause only mild symptoms or no symptoms at all, but other parasites can cause serious illness or even death in humans:

  • Malaria: A blood parasite transmitted by mosquitoes, malaria can cause fever, chills, and flu-like symptoms, and in severe cases can lead to coma and death.
  • African trypanosomiasis (also known as sleeping sickness): A parasitic infection transmitted by the tsetse fly, African trypanosomiasis can affect the brain and central nervous system and can be fatal if left untreated.
  • Toxoplasmosis: A parasitic infection caused by the protozoan Toxoplasma gondii, toxoplasmosis can cause flu-like symptoms and, in severe cases, can lead to problems with the brain and eyes.
  • Chagas disease: A parasitic infection caused by the single celled parasite, Trypanosoma cruzi. Chagas disease can cause fever, fatigue, and body aches and, in severe cases, can lead to heart problems and difficulty swallowing.

Reduce Your Risk of Parasites

Even the healthiest person that you know has parasites! However, there are some simple steps you can take to reduce your risk of exposure:

  • Wash your hands after using the bathroom, touching food, or changing a diaper.
  • Wear gloves to pick up feces from animals.
  • Wash fruit and vegetables before consuming them.
  • Use protection if having intercourse with someone with a parasitic infection.

Parasites are a fact of life. We all have them inside us, but there are steps we can take to reduce our chance of parasitic infection. A healthy microbiome fortified by Dr. Sebi’s approved foods will keep your immune system strong in the fight against unwanted hitchhikers.
