I have had painful menstrual cramps for over a decade now. This product has been the first one to minimize and alleviate my symptoms considerably. While I still experience some discomfort (I was diagnosed with a small fibroid), the level of pain has dropped significantly. My flow is lighter, less painful, and no longer disrupts my ability to go to work now. I am truly grateful for this product and have been using it daily for over 6 months now.

I’m back with another review! I only took two months worth. I’m regular now! The period pain is almost non existent and they’re short! I expect the next period to come too! (Third month in a row). I 1000% recommend this product to anyone suffering from endo or PCOS. This is a potent and highly effective supplement.

Absolutely the best hands down!! I have been using Estro for years but now going through perimenopause it’s been a life saver. It helps regulate my cycles and the night sweats have diminished. I started taking this supplement almost a year ago due to medical menopause symptoms (hot flashes, irritability, decreased sex drive, etc.), and within 3-4 weeks, I felt the hot flashes, irritability, and lowered sex drive disappear!!! This is just one of eight other Dr. Sebi supplements that I've been taking for the same amount of time to cleanse my body and begin my alkaline vegan journey. I'll definitely leave reviews for the other supplements I've been taking for the past year. It's been a Godsend, to say the least :)

Excellent, almost done with 1 month I noticed some difference ready for the second bottle to see how it works with my cycle because when I received the 1st bottle my cycle started the next day wasn’t in my system long enough to notice difference with it but other areas I did notice.
