I was recently diagnosed with lean PCOS and endometriosis in November of 2024. I weigh 108lbs and am 5’3”. They ran a blood test and found I had high testosterone levels from the cysts. Around two years ago I had chronic yeast infections. I went to see a GYN for the first time in almost two years. During this time, I had been dealing with chronic yeast infections as well. It felt like my vulva was constantly inflamed, raw and pins and needles when touched. Sitting was uncomfortable, walking could be unbearable and scorching hot showers only worked while I was in the water. Over the counter metronidazole rarely worked. The yeast infection would not go away. Around two years ago the diagnosed me with BV, Trich and a yeast infection. I took flagl for the Trich and BV (worst drug ever. Made me feel like I was crazy). They gave me flucanazole for the yeast infection. I followed directions and didn’t have any intercourse for a week after taking a single dose. Something excruciating came right back a week later. I thought I had contracted Trich again. Especially because my boyfriend didn’t get tested before we had intercourse. He did a while after and he was clean. The pain made me feel like I wanted to die. The itching and dryness were so intense that I was bleeding and experiencing micro tears and vaginal peeling. My clitoris felt like it was made of needles. I could feel that my pH was clearly off. I felt the acidity. At this time I was also eating a lot of potatoes, sugars, processed foods and white rice. Like literally only. This fed the yeast and I had no idea. So, I finally got health insurance and decided to see a GYN for my issues recently. I told them that I thought I had developed PID from trich because my period was irregular for a few months and I would bleed for an entire month. They did a urine culture test and found I had a yeast infection. The blood test showed high testosterone. They also did an ultra sound and probe which was extremely uncomfortable and painful. I had been having tense intercourse where deep penetration felt like a stabbing pain. They found I had endrometriomas and “PCOS” which just means many cysts. Of course they wanted me to be on birth control and I felt so defeated because I know it’s not good for your body. Women NEED to ovulate. And I wasn’t NOT trying to have a child. My researched showed that birth control usage could make yeast infections flare up! I was so scared to start it again because I had taken it as a teenager for a cyst! I’m 25 now. My mom had told me not to take and to follow a Dr. Sebi alkaline diet and take out sugars and processed foods. I did, but I felt bc was my only option because I was afraid that nothing else would work to get my estrogen levels up. Although, the flucanazole they gave me recently helped greatly but I always feel a tinge of something and I’m afraid something will trigger it again. So I avoid starches and sugars. My mom has been a Dr. Sebi advocate for years and sent me the link to this. With all the reviews I’m reading, I’m so hopeful that this will work to eliminate my cysts and bring hormonal balance. I just want to feel like my normal self again! Thank you Dr. Sebi and believers in his teachings. You are doing God’s work. I’ll come back with a review once I receive and try it!
