Ingredients:
- 1 pear, cored and seeded
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 seeded cucumber, peeled
- 1 handful watercress
- 1 handful Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup spring water
- Date sugar, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
