Ingredients
- 2 large zucchinis
- 2 cups basil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 4 tbsp key lime juice
- 2 avocados
- 24 sliced cherry tomatoes
- Sea salt, to taste.
Instructions
- Make zucchini noodles using a peeler or Spiralizer.
- Blend the rest of the ingredients (except the cherry tomatoes) in a blender until smooth.
- Combine noodles, avocado sauce and cherry tomatoes in a mixing bowl.
