The back-to-school rush and changing weather can take a toll on your health. With the increased exposure to new and different germs and the stress of a busy schedule, your immune system needs extra support.

- 1/2 tbsp Dr. Sebi’s Sea Moss Gel (original or elderberry)
- 1 tbsp of key lime juice

- Measure out 3 tablespoons for the recipe.
- In a small glass, combine the tea, burdock root powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Mix well until the ingredients are fully blended and the burdock root powder and sea moss gel are dissolved.
- Add the lime juice and let cool to room temperature.
- Drink the immunity shot sooner rather than later to maximize its potency.
Optional
- Follow with a cup of ginger tea (or the rest of the Immunity tea you prepared earlier) to further support your immune system.
- Make a whole batch with an entire cup of tea, increasing the other ingredients accordingly. Refrigerate and consume within 3 to 5 days.
