Glowing Skin Smoothie

Avocados are known to hydrate the skin, leafy greens help with skin elasticity, and mangoes contain carotenoids, which help the skin glow. Blend everything with soft-jelly coconut water (a super hydrator!) and you've got the perfect recipe for glowing skin!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soft-jelly coconut water (or more as needed)
  • 2 frozen burro bananas (previously peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 2 cups approved greens
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender and enjoy!
