Empowering your Goals (March 2022) - Dr. Sebi's Cell Food

Last updated

Your mind is the most powerful tool you have. Are you using it to achieve your health goals, or is your default programming getting in the way?

If you’re struggling to achieve your health goals or feel overwhelmed by the changes you need to make, it could be that your mental programs need an upgrade. Don’t try to force a shift in your behavior; use your mental creativity to imagine the change first. This is how you can take more control of your mind.

“What I see now avails me the privilege to look at things from outside the box; I was never in the box because I had the freedom to think as I wish for myself.” – Dr. Sebi.

Mind Over Matter

Athletes use visualization to develop motivation and physical power. Imagining positive results primes the mind and body, and increases the chances of success. You need to prevent your mind from drifting towards negativity and failure, or these will be the results you accidentally create.

The subconscious mind acts like a database of information you’ve absorbed throughout your life. From societal expectations to parental attitudes, it’s full of other people’s opinions about what you can and cannot do. This sets limits to how much you can change. Whatever the mind believes is true, it will create.

The harsh truth is that our minds have been filled with negative associations, disease expectations, and hyper-marketed messages that hinder healthy progress. It’s time to review the contents of your mind and uproot any thoughts, beliefs, and expectations holding you back.

Programming Health Habits

Accessing the database of your own mind is simple. All you need to do is ask yourself the right questions. Below is a list of 80 powerful beliefs that enhance holistic health. Read each statement and ask yourself if it’s true or false for you.

Reprogramming the Subconscious

How many of these statements are true for you? Each true statement means your mind has a healthy program driving your behavior, expectations and beliefs. Each statement that was false means that somewhere along the way, your mind absorbed an unhelpful self-perception, or simply didn’t develop a more empowering outlook.

You can cleanse your subconscious database to ‘edit’ your mental program. Simply choose a couple of statements to start with. Then ‘refill’ your mind with the healthy belief you want to adopt. Repeating the phrase will embed the new program, just like a computer programmer installing new software. Write it, read it, and say it out loud as often as possible.

Mental programs guide behavior, so healthy habits, and proactive action will follow once the internal ‘code’ is changed. Your long-term health results from daily choices, driven by the programmed beliefs running in your mind.

Commit to Change

Cleansing your colon frees up mental and physical energy that could be put to much better use. Cleansing ensures your body doesn’t get overloaded with toxins and stagnant waste. Regularly cleansing your colon is one of the most important wellness habits you can adopt.

“The colon must be cleansed by detoxifying before any disease can be reversed.” – Dr. Sebi.

Dr. Sebi’s Small Cleansing Package removes the physical and chemical obstacles to your health. We can’t think or feel clearly when the colon emits toxins into our bodies. Enhancing gut health is the cornerstone of a healthy mind and body. Dr. Sebi developed a powerful approach to clear out your colon with a package of products that can undo damage from the past.

By effectively cleansing your mind and body, you pave the way for a fresh new start. Pledge to empower the best version of yourself mentally and physically. Which healthy habits will you install first?
