Simple Tips to Stay Healthy While You’re Away From Home
- Pack Healthy Snacks. Whether your destination is a short car ride or a 3-hour flight away, having healthy snacks on hand can be the difference between processed airport (or gas station) food and a healthy alternative. - Hydrate. Dr. Sebi recommended drinking at least one gallon of fresh spring water every day, but when you’re traveling, it’s easy to throw that recommendation out the window. - Keep Your Focus. For some reason, many people feel like vacation is a time to completely disregard normal (healthy) eating habits.
