"Sleep Well" Smoothie - Dr. Sebi's Cell Food

Not sure how to sleep well naturally? We’ve got you covered with this healthy, calming green smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cooked amaranth
  • 1 cup approved greens
  • 1/2 cup brewed Dr. Sebi's Stress Relief Herbal Tea
  • 1/2 cup natural homemade cherry juice
  • 1 burro banana
  • 1 tablespoon homemade walnut butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Dr. Sebi's Stress Relief Herbal Tea according to instructions. Let cool.
  2. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
