This smoothie is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients to help your body recover from allergies and eliminate toxicity.
- 3 tbs sesame seeds
- 6 dates
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 handful of approved greens
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup cherries
- 1 cup soft-jelly coconut milk
- Agave syrup or date sugar, to taste
- Spring water to thin, if needed
- Pit the dates and cherries.
- Blend all ingredients, along with the pitted dates and cherries, in a high-speed blender. Sweeten with agave syrup or date sugar to your liking.
