Tomato Avocado Salad - Dr. Sebi's Cell Food

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of cherry tomatoes (chopped in half)
  • 2 avocados (peeled and cubed)
  • Sea salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)

For the dressing:

  • 1 key lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh basil, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, place the tomatoes and season to your liking with sea salt and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add the avocado and red onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  5. Let the flavors combine for at least 20 minutes and serve.
  6. Pro tip to change up the flavors, add arugula, quinoa, or chickpeas.
