Incredibly rich, creamy "eggnog" that's easy to make and perfect for the holidays! Naturally sweetened, 6 ingredients, 1 blender required!
- 3 cups homemade walnut milk
- 1 cup homemade soft-jelly coconut milk
- 4-6 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/2 tbsp homemade sesame "tahini" butter
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- To a high-speed blender, add 3 cups of homemade walnut milk, 1 cup of homemade coconut milk, agave syrup, homemade sesame "tahini" butter, and cloves.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth — 1-2 minutes. Then taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more spices for warmth or agave syrup for sweetness.
- For serving, enjoy cold, over ice, or hot by heating over medium heat until warm.
- Transfer remaining "eggnog" to a jar for storing. Leftovers should keep in the refrigerator up to 4-5 days. Or freeze into ice cubes and store up to 1 month. Shake well before serving — a little separation is natural.
