Energy-Boosting Banana Berry Smoothie - Dr. Sebi's Cell Food
Serving size: one large drink or two small ones
- 1 ripe burro banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- ½ cup to 1 cup spring water
- ½ cup spring water ice (optional for thicker texture)
- Agave syrup to taste
- 2 tbsp Sea Moss Gel (Optional)
- Place banana, blueberries, water, walnuts, agave, gel, and ice in a blender.
