This berry smoothie is delicious, and packed with nutrition and alkaline power!
- 1 cup soft-jelly coconut milk
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, blackberries, etc.)
- Date sugar or agave syrup, to taste
- 2 Tbsp Sea Moss Gel (Optional)
- Mix all ingredients together in a high-speed blender, and mix until smooth.
- Sweeten with date sugar or agave syrup.
