Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Dr. Sebi's Nerve/Stress Relief Herbal Tea
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 burro banana
- 1 tablespoon of date sugar or agave syrup
Instructions:
- To prepare your "brain-boosting" smoothie, start by boiling one cup of distilled water and add 1/2 tablespoon of Dr. Sebi's Nerve / Stress Relief Herbal Tea. Steep for 10 - 15 minutes, strain. Let cool.
- Once the tea is cooled, blend in a high-speed blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
