- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 5 medium strawberries
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- Juice of two key limes
- Combine blueberries, strawberries, onion, key lime zest, key lime juice and green bell pepper in a food processor or blender and pulse about 5-6 times.
- Taste and season with sea salt and cayenne pepper if desired.
- Scrape salsa into a bowl and fold in chopped avocado.
