This Mood-Boosting Smoothie has all the ingredients to improve your mood, and set you up for a feel-good day! The berries reduce inflammation, while the healthy fats from the soft-jelly coconut feed your brain.

Instructions:

  1. To prepare the Mood-boosting Smoothie, begin by boiling one cup of distilled water and add 1/2 tablespoon of Dr. Sebi's Nerve/Stress Relief Herbal Tea. Steep for 10 - 15 minutes, strain. Let cool.
  2. Blend the tea with the rest of the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  3. Enjoy!
