Tomato Cucumber Basil Salad

This fresh, scrumptious salad, is made with nutritious, seasonal ingredients. We're sure you're going to love it!

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 (seeded) cucumbers
  • 1 red onion
  • 8 small basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp approved herbs
  • Sea salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 key lime
  1. Chop the cherry tomatoes and seeded cucumbers into equal-sized chunks and slice the onion, then transfer them to a bowl. Add the basil and herbs.
  2. Pour the olive oil and key lime juice over the vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and cayenne pepper. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
