Anti-Bloat Smoothie Recipe

There are plenty of natural ways to beat belly bloat, including drinking a green smoothie chock full of anti-bloat ingredients to get you feeling better.

  2. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and enjoy.

This anti-bloat smoothie will help you fight stomach bloat the right away. The tea will soothe your stomach, providing instant comfort, while the other anti-bloat ingredients get to work.
